Our Background
The team at CCTV in Focus stem from an engineering background and it was from this
angle of involvement, manufacturing products for the CCTV industry, that they became
aware of the gulf between the "quality assurance and control" systems applied
in manufacturing and CCTV installation industries.
Within manufacturing industries, which the team members worked in, quality control
and quality procedures are used in developing systems to ensure products or services
are designed and produced to meet or exceed customer requirements.

The organizations the CCTV in Focus team have been associated within the manufacturing
sector had to be open minded and solution orientated to survive, it was customary

practises, independently and systematically examining CCTV systems to establish
whether image quality comply with planned arrangements. Our Quality audit
is a useful tool to the maintenance of a clients existing quality control. The audit
will look at effective implementation of quality arrangements and whether they are
suitable for the achievement of objectives.
